Mike Foell

Michael Foell is Head of Finance at Fifth Wall, the largest investment firm focused on technology for the built environment. Over nearly seven years at the firm, Mike has played a central role in scaling Fifth Wall's financial operations, progressing from Finance Manager to Senior Finance Manager and now Vice President. In his current role, he oversees core fund, tax, and management company finance functions, supporting Fifth Wall's continued growth across multiple strategies and vehicles.

Prior to Fifth Wall, Mike was a Senior Associate in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Asset and Wealth Management group, where he advised venture capital, private equity, and real estate funds on tax compliance and complex structuring matters across the fund lifecycle. Earlier in his career, he managed tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals at Spring Mill Partners in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

A Philadelphia native, Mike is based in Los Angeles. He holds a degree in accounting and finance from West Chester University of Pennsylvania and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
