Josh Melnyk

Josh Melnyk is an Associate at Fifth Wall, where he focuses on company sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, and deal execution.
Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Josh began his career as an investment banking analyst at Citi in the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging group. While at Citi, he advised real estate private equity firms and other real estate companies on leveraged buyouts, M&A, and equity and debt refinancings.
Josh was born and raised in Fairfax, Virginia, and currently lives in New York. He graduated from Princeton University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering.
